Our Service: We store your user information that you enter into settings > User settings into our database. Personal information would include your email, and your tomsoptiontools.com username and password are also stored. A record of your subscription type, such as annual subscriber is stored separately on our servers. We do not store any credit card or paypal access information on our servers. A record of your paypal transactions (date, transaction id, and subscriber_id) are also stored in our database to facilitate customer questions about registration and subscriptions.

Your user information (email) is stored to allow you to select where you want emails to be sent. Your paypal transactions data is recorded to provide a record of your payments which are used in setting your expiration date. Your tomsoptiontools.com username and password are used to provide you control over access to your account.

(a). personally Identifiable Information. Your personally identifiable information (name and email) is shared with tomstrading.com so your tomsoptiontools.com tools can be coordinated with your subscription with tomstradingroom. tomsoptiontools.com does not share any of this information with anyone else. After your subscription expires, your tomsoptiontools.com data will remain in our database so that you can restart your subscription at a later date with your previous email and login information. Any trade, folder, list information that you make visible via a share key or by sharing a trade (or trades), which do not contain personally identifiable information, unless you include that in comments or names will only be available to other active tomsoptiontools.com users. (b) Non-Personally Identifiable Information. After your subscription expires, your tomsoptiontools.com data will remain in our database so that you can restart your subscription at a later date and retain your existing settings and (analysis) trades. Any information that you share through share keys is only available to other active tomsoptiontools.com users.

Your information is collected and stored on our servers in the United States and is password controlled.
